Khinkali restaurant Bulacauri
Georgians love to eat well and in this respect, they are very demanding. The locals maintain that the best khinkali and shashliks can be found not in Tbilisi, but 30 kilometres away.
Khinkali must be eaten with the fingers, holding the gigantic-sized, meat-filled dumpling by the pastry decoration on the back. First a small bite must be taken, allowing the main pleasure - the bouillon, to trickle into your mouth - then the rest of it must be devoured.
