Day 1: Batumi
Arrival to Tbilisi. Meeting with the representatives of the agency. Hotel accommodation. Overnight.

Day 2: Batumi
Breakfast. Batumi - is a "Georgian Singapore", the most famous Black Sea resort of Georgia, with the population of 120 000 people. A visiting card of Batumi is a popular place of residents and visitors of the city - it is Batumi Piazza, built in 2009. In 2010, a new, 7 meters high, moving sculpture of Love became the adornment of the city. The statue is a figure of a woman and a man. They seek to each other, in 8-10 minutes they move in a original and beautiful way towards each other and eventually merge as one. Excursion in Batumi: animated fountains (laser show), worldknown dolphinarium, Argonauts square with Medea statue.
Upon request, excursion to the Botanical Garden, where more than 5,000 exotic plants grow, including rose garden, with some 1,200 varieties of roses. Overnight.

Day 3: Batumi – Gonio Apsar – Sarpi – Trabzon
Breakfast. Overlook of Gonio Apsar fortress — the oldest fortress in Georgia, on the board with Turkey. The fortress was built in I-II century AD, and served as citadel of Roman at first, and then of the Byzantine Empire. Total length of fortress is 900 m, walls height - 5 m, the height of each of the eighteen towers is 7 m.
Deaprture ro Sarpi to cross Georgian-Turkish border. Arrival to Trabzon (Turkey). Hotel accommodation. Overnight.
 
Day 4: Trabzon
Breakfast. Trabzon was founded in the VII century BC by Greeks from Sinop. In ancient times it was called Trebizond, probably due to its shape, reminiscent of a table (in Greek: "meal"), or in connection with the shape of the mountains protecting it. Having a beautiful nature, Trabzon is also famous for its historical monuments. A remarkable monument of culture of Trabzon is the Cathedral of St. Sophia (XIII c.). At the beginning of XVII century the cathedral was converted into a mosque, and in 1959, after the restoration it became a museum. Trabzon preserved a great number of monuments of Islamic architecture. Gyulbahar Hatun Mosque and the tomb remind us of the princess Comnenus, who became the wife of Sultan Bayezid II, returned with his son (later Selim I the Terrible) in Trabzon as a vicar of Sultan. Gyulbahar Hatun Mosque - is the first building in Trabzon, that was constracted as a mosque from the begining. Most mosques are former Greek temples. There is also a former Armenian church.
Ataturk palace is located within a small pine grove of Sopuksu County. The palace was founded in the early 20th century. Ataturk lived in this palace during his visit in 1914 and 1917. After his death, the palace was decorated with furniture of Trabzon Municipality, restored as Ataturk Museum, where the leader of the state, wrote his memoirs in 1917.

Day 5: Trabzon
Breakfast. Excursion to the Sumela monastery one of the oldest and most historic monasteries in the Christian world.  It is located high up on the steep cliffs above the surrounding forest in Trabzon.
The monastery was founded in AD 386 during the reign of the Emperor Theodosius I (375 - 395), Barnabas and Sophronios, two Athenian monks, founded the monastery. It became famous for an icon of the Virgin Mary known as the Panagia Gorgoepekoos, said to have been painted by the Apostle Luke. Not far from the church there are the ruins of two important monasteries. One of them is Vazelon Monastery built in 270 AD. The monastery dedicated to John the Baptist. Another is Peristera (Kustul) Monastery built in the middle of the 8th century. Only the base of the church has survived to the present. The eastern part of the coast is occupied by tea plantations. This tea, maked famous this land, came here just before the Second World War. And now the profit from the sale of million tons of tea leaves is the basis of the city's economy. Return to Trabzon. Free time. Walk in the city. Overnight.

Day 6: Trabzon – Batumi
Breakfast. Departure to Batumi. Border crossing. Hotel accommodation. Free time on the sea.
Optional visit of the Batumi Delphinarium. Overnight.

Day 7: Batumi – Prometeus cave – Borjomi
Breakfast. Excursion to the Prometheus cave, where we recall the legend of Prometheus. According to the legend, Prometheus gave the fire to people, and because of that he was enchained to the rock. Arrival to Borjomi. Hotel accommodation. Overnight.

Day 8: Borjomi – Akhaltsykhe – Vardzia – Borjomi
Breakfast. Treatment in Borjomi - worldknown balneotherapeutic health resort. Beautiful park and the opportunity to taste the mineral water which saves from different illnesses.
Drive to recently reconstructed Akhaltsykhe fortress, the motherland of Charles Aznavur, the ancient center of Catholicism in Georgia. In the complex, together with Orthodox Church of St. Marina, are placed mosque, catholic church and monastery of Benedictine Sisters, synagogue and Armenian church.
Visit of Vardzia cave monastery complex (XII- XIII c.) – 19 stepped rock town. For 900 m along the left bank of Kura river, in the plumb wall of the mountain, around 600 buildings are cut out – churches, chapels, parrocks, pantries, baths, libraries. There preserved secret passages, remains of plumbing, and irrigation system. Vardzia – is the site of the era of Golden Age. More than thousands of monks lived there, and when being attacked, to 20 thousand of people could shelter there.
Return to Borjomi. Overnight.

Day 9: Borjomi – Uplistsikhe – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion to Uplistsikhe (I centuries BC), ancient cave town, that was finishing the building for centuries, and included more than 700 caves and buildings, including wineries, bakeries, antique theater, hall of receptions of Queen Tamara, preserved to this day. Arrival to Tbilisi. Hotel accommodation. Free time. Souvenirs buying. Overnight.

Day 10: Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion in Tbilisi. The capital of Georgia is unique. It is located on the several mountain hills, on which "creep" the old blocks. Tbilisi – is a beautiful river Kura with its picturesque rocky shores, that flows across the whole city. "Old Town" – is the historic center of Tbilisi, that is located at the root of Mtatsminda (Holy Mount) mountain. Almost all of the buildings of the Old Town are historical and cultural sites, this part of the city is round – the – clock full of life, here walk alone or in groups tourists, meet lovers near the Clock Tower. This amuzing Tower appeared here recently, built by the Puppet Theatre director Rezo Gabriadze. Here artists exhibit their paintings, artisans offer numerous souvenirs. Basically here are 2-3 storeyed houses, built of brick and stone, that have a particular Tbilisi architecture, distinguished by narrow streets, galleries and carved wooden balconies. Tbilisi is one of the rare places in the world, where can peacefully exist in the Old Town orthodox church, catholic cathedral, synagogue and mosque.

Day 11: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion to Mtskheta. Visit of temple- monastery Jvari ( VI c.). At the top of the mountain, where the temple is located, opens a fantastic view on the place of confluence of two rivers - Kura and Aragvi. There also opens a beautiful view on the ancient capital of Georgia - Mtskheta. Visit of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (1010-1029), at the bottom of which is buried one of the major Christian relics Lords chiton, as well as the burial place of many of the Georgian kings. Here is also the part of life-giving pillar. Visit of Samtavro monastery, where year round grow, flower and fruit blackberry bush, near of which in the IV century lived and preached St. Nino- enlightener, the first preacher of Christianity in Georgia. The official adoption of Christianity in Georgia in 324 is associated with the name of St. Nino, with the assistance and participation of the King St. Miriam and Queen St. Nana. It was St. Nino who persuaded the king Miriam and queen Nana to adopt Christianity in Georgia. Woderworking icon of Iberian Mother of God, woderworking icon of St. Nino, grave of St. Tsar Merian and Tsarina Nani, hallows of St. Abibos Nekresky, St. Shio Mhvimskoho are inside. Return to Tbilisi.
Closing dinner with national dances and songs.
