At the first day you walk for 16 km to Amarati, on the second day - 9 km to the mountain Sametskhvario ( 2642 m) - it is the highest top of the Maskhetian range in this region. On the third day you walk for 19 km to Sakhvlari and on the fourth you go down to Marelisi. It is believed that this route was used by St. Andrew.
