Day 1: Tbilisi – Tsalka – Ninotsminda – Vardzia (300 km)
Arrival to Tbilisi. Meeting with the representatives of the company. Excursion in Tbilisi. The capital of Georgia is unique. It is located on the several mountain hills, on which old blocks "creep". Tbilisi - is a beautiful river Kura with its picturesque rocky shores that flows across the whole city. Tbilisi is one of the rare places in the world, where Orthodox Church, Catholic Cathedral, Synagogue and Mosque can peacefully exist in the Old Town. During the excursion, visit Metekhi Church (V c.), Narikala fortress (IV c.), Sioni Cathedral (VI-VII c.), Anchiskhati Basilica of St Mary, the oldest surviving church, Synaxis of Saint Trinity of the temple complex of Tsminda Sameba - the main Cathedral of Georgian Orthodox Church. 
Departure to Vardzia through Tsalka and Ninotsminda. Visit Vardzia cave monastery complex (XII- XIII c.) – 19 storied rock town. For 900 m along the left bank of Kura river, in the plumb wall of the mountain, around 600 buildings are cut out, among them churches, chapels, parrocks, pantries, baths, libraries. There are preserved secret passages, remains of plumbing, and irrigation system. Vardzia is the site of Golden Age. More than thousands of monks lived there, and when being attacked, about 20 thousand of people could shelter there.
Degustation of local red wine under the name “Tears of Tamar”. After degustation Dinner - trout on a spit. Overnight in hotel or in cottage. 
 
Day 2: Vardzia – Akhaltsykhe – Abastumani – Sekari – Sairme – Kutaisi (220 km)
Breakfast. Excursion in recently reconstructed Akhaltsykhe fortress, the motherland of Charles Aznavur, the ancient center of Catholicism in Georgia. In the complex, together with Orthodox Church of St. Marina, Mosque, Catholic Church and monastery of Benedictine Sisters, Synagogue and Armenian Church are placed. Next, departure to Abastumani – resort founded in the second half of XIX c. Pure mountain air, moderate humidity, no strong winds make Abastumani attractive. This place is connected to the great Russian royal family of Romanov. Almost half his life brother of Emperor Nicholas II – George spent there, and died there too. Departure to Kutaisi thorugh Zekari pass (2180 m) and spa resort Sairme. Hotel accommodation. Overnight in Kutaisi.

Day 3: Kutaisi – Mestia (270 km)
Breakfast. Excursion in the ancient city Kutaisi that is more than 3 thousand years old. Visit Gelati academy established by the great Georgian king David IV the Builder. Gelati monastery is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage sites. Tour in Bagrati and Motsameta – the “monastery for desires accomplishment”. Excursion to the cave of Prometheus, where we recall the legend of Prometheus. According to the legend, Prometheus gave the fire to people, and because of that he was enchained to the rock. On the way to Mestia, we will enjoy the view of four waterfalls and three mountain peaks of the Caucasus - Ushba, Mazera, Shkhelda. Excursion in Mestia, that is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage sites. Visit of the historic-ethnographical museum, medieval church and district of fortifications in Mestia. Accommodation in guest house. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 4: Mestia – Ushguli (60 km)
Breakfast. Departure to Ushguli -  Svanetian village located at 2200 m. above the sea level that is the highest permanently inhabited place in Europe and it is included in the list of UNESCO protected sites. Visit Lamaria church (2300 m above sea level), Ushguli museum of icons, Towers of Queen Tamara, Ushguli Ethnographic Museum. Jeep tour to the direction of Shkhara – the highest mountain in Georgia (5201 m.). Accommodation in guest house. Dinner. Overnight in Ushguli.

Day 5: Ushguli – Mestia – Batumi (320 km)
Breakfast. Departure to Batumi“Georgian Singapore”, the most famous the Black Sea resort in Georgia with the population of 120 000. Hotel accommodation. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 6: Batumi
Breakfast. Excursion in the city: animated fountains (laser show), worldknown dolphinarium, Argonauts square with Medea statue. Visiting card of Batumi, a popular place for residents and guests of the city is Batumi Piazza, built in 2009. In 2010, the decoration of the city has become the new, 7 meters high, moving sculpture of Love. The statue is represented by the figure of a woman and a man. They move to each other during 8-10 minutes in very original and beautiful way and eventually merge as one. Walk along the boulevard. Excursion in Botanical Garden that has more than 5 thousand exotic plants, including rose garden, with 1200 sorts of roses.
Upon request (for extra charge), visit Gonio Apsar fortress - the oldest fortress in Georgia, near the board with Turkey. The fortress was built in I-II century AD, and served as citadel of Roman at first, and then of the Byzantine Empire. Total length of fortress is 900 m, walls height - 5 m, the height of each of the eighteen towers is 7 m. Overnight.
     
Day 7: Batumi – Khulo – Goderdzi Pass (2025 m.) – Akhaltsykhe – Borjomi (270 km)
Breakfast. Departure to Khulo through Goderdzi Pass at the border of Samtskhe-Javakheti Region and Ajara Autonomous Republic. Picnic with shashlik at the pass. Overnight in Borjomi.

Day 8: Borjomi – Gori – Uplistsikhe – Mtskheta – Tbilisi (230 km)
Breakfast. Departure to Tbilisi. On the way, visit Stalin Museum in Gori. Museum consists of three blocks - museum, house and railway carriage. Next, excursion to the ancient cave town - Uplistsikhe (I millennium BC), that was under the reconstruction stage for centuries and consists of more than 700 caves and buildings, including wine cellars, bakeries, antique theater, hall of receptions of Queen Tamara, preserved to this day.
Excursion to ancient capital of Georgia – Mtskheta – town-museum included in the list of UNESCO heritage sites. Visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (1010-1029), at the basement of which one of the major Christian relics - Lords Tunic is buried. This is also the burial site of many Georgian kings. Here is also the part of life-giving pillar. Visit Samtavro monastery, where whole year round blackberry bush grows, flowers and fruits. Near to this place, St. Nino – the enlightener, the first preacher of Christianity in Georgia lived and preached Christianity in IV century. Wonderworking icon of Iberian Mother of God, wonderworking icon of St. Nino, grave of St. king Mirian and queen Nana, hallows of St. Abibos Nekreseli, St. Shio Mghvimeli are kept inside the church. Visit ancient temple - monastery Jvari (VI c.). Hotel accommodation in Tbilisi. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 9: Tbilisi – Ananuri – Gudauri – Kazbegi – Truso Canyon – Juta (195 km)
Breakfast. In the morning, departure to Stepantsminda (Kazbegi).On the way to it, we visit the picturesque Ananuri fortress (XVI c.) located at the Aragvi river and we enjoy amazing beauty of Zhinvali reservoir. Passing the ski resort Gudauri (2200 m), we take the stunning trip along the river Tergi, through Cross Pass (2400 m), which takes us to Stepantsminda (Kazbegi). Excursion in Kazbegi: church of the Holy Trinity of Gergeti (2170 m above the sea level). When the weather is fair, the stunning view on the mountain Kazbegi (5147 m), one of the highest tops of Georgia opens in front of us. Jeep tour to the village Juta, Truso Canyon and Dariali. Day 10: Kazbegi – Gudauri – Shatili (200 km)
Breakfast. Departure to the mountain village-fortification Shatili (16-18 centuries). The village consists of a single fortification complex of 60 residential and defensive towers simultaneously. Towers are interconnected with walkways and stairs that allows you to navigate inside buildings without going outside. All fortification has a height of 3 to 5 storied building. The Cattle were kept in first floors while on the following floor they stored hay and supplies, and people lived on the upper floors. Currently, the village fortress Shatili is claimed for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Accommodation in guest house. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 11: Shatili – Muco – Shatili (35 km)
Breakfast. Departure to Mutso - abandoned village in the gorge of the river Ardoti. The village is famous for its fortification located on the northern slope of the Caucasus mountain range at an altitude of 1880 m above the sea level. About 30 residential buildings, 4 military castles and the ruins of several ancient buildings are located there. Return to Shatili. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 12: Shatili – Tianeti – Akhmeta – Telavi (195 km)
Breakfast. Departure to Telavi through Tianeti and Akhmeta. On the way, visit Alaverdi Cathedral (XI c.), the second highest building (50 m), as well as the monastery's wine cellar. Tour in the ancient academy of Ikalto (X-XII centuries.) where according to the legend the great Georgian poet, philosopher, author of the world-famous poem "The Knight in the Panther's Skin" – Shota Rustaveli studied. Excursion in Telavi - main city and administrative center of Kakheti. Visit museum of king Irakli II (XVIII c.) who signed the Treaty of Georgievsk with the Russian empire. Hotel accommodation in Telavi. Dinner. Overnight.

Day 13: Telavi – Tusheti – Omalo (110 km)
Breakfast. Departure to the mountainous region of Tusheti. It is nestled in huge Caucasus Mountains. This region makes big impression on the visitors with imposing appearance, frequent pine forest, traditional strongholds, with a range of pristine mountains. Omalo is the economic center of Tusheti. The only airport, boarding school and regional hospital are located in Omalo. On the way to Omalo, we see Tushetian towers. These towers were used as fortifications as well as places of worship. Accommodation in guest house. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 14: Omalo – Shenako – Diklo – Dartlo (105 km)
Breakfast. From Omalo, departure to the village Shenako where a unique technique of building houses without foundation was practiced. Visit one of such house of the nineteenth century. Jeep tour through Sonekhi pass (2550 m.) to the picturesque village Diklo (2,150 m) where we again see the old Tushetian stone fortifications. Jeep tour to the village Dartlo. Accommodation in guest house. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 15: Dartlo – Telavi (120 km)
Breakfast. Dartlo is one of the most beautiful villages in whole Tusheti. It is located at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level, in the gorge Pirikita Alazani, which is on the northern slope of the Caucasus. Besides castles, towers and buildings there are also the ruins of Christian churches in the village. Departure to Telavi. Hotel accommodation. Dinner. Overnight.

Day 16: Telavi – Sighnaghi – David-Gareji – Tbilisi (270 km)
Breakfast. Departure to the "town of everlasting love" - Sighnaghi. Excursion in the city that is located at the top of the mountain overlooking Alazani valley. Excursion in David Gareji – the complex of Georgian cave monasteries of V century that were founded by Holy Father David. According to the legend, Saint David reached Jerusalem, he took three stones at the gates of Jerusalem, and went back. Legend says that with those stones he carried out from Jerusalem all the good of Lord. Then the Patriarch of Jerusalem asked him to leave these stones. David left two stones, and one of them he brought to Georgia. This stone is still at his grave in the Laura of David-Gareji. You can see it and pray over this stone. Many churches and refectories of the complex preserved frescoes (VI-IX c.), including Portrait of Queen Tamara. Departure to Tbilisi. Hotel accommodation. Dinner. Overnight.
 
Day 17: Tbilisi
Breakfast. Free time for the souvenirs purchase. Transfer to the airport. Home return.
