Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Marneuli – Manavi – Sighnaghi – Bodbe – Dedoplistskharo – Telavi – Gremi – Kvareli – Tbilisi – Gori – Ozurgueti – Kutaisi – Tbilisi (8 days, 7 nights)
Day 1: Tbilisi
Arrival to Tbilisi. Meeting with the representatives of the agency. Hotel accommodation.
Excursion in the capital of Georgia. The capital of Georgia is unique. It is located on the several mountain hills, on which "creep" the old blocks. Tbilisi - is a beautiful river Kura with its picturesque rocky shores, that flows across the whole city. "Old Town" - is the historic center of Tbilisi, that is located at the root of Mtatsminda (Holy Mount) mountain. Almost all of the buildings of the Old Town are historical and cultural sites, this part of the city is round - the - clock full of life, here walk alone or in groups tourists, meet lovers near the Clock Tower. This amuzing Tower appeared here recently, built by the Puppet Theatre director Rezo Gabriadze. Here artists exhibit their paintings, artisans offer numerous souvenirs. Basically here are 2-3 storeyed houses, built of brick and stone, that have a particular Tbilisi architecture, distinguished by narrow streets, galleries and carved wooden balconies. Tbilisi is one of the rare places in the world, where can peacefully exist in the Old Town orthodox church, catholic cathedra, synagogue and mosque.
During the excursion, visit of Mechetian Church ( V c.), Narikala fortress ( IV c.), Sioni Cathedral (VI-VII c.), Anchiskhati Basilica of St Mary, the oldest surviving church, Synaxis of Saint Truinity of the temple complex of Tsminda Sameba - the main Cathedral of Georgian Orthodox Church.

     Day 2: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion in the ancient capital of Georgia Mtskheta — the town-museum, included to the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. Visit of the ancient temple – monastery Jvari (VI c.). On the top of the mountain where the temple is placed, opens a fantastic view on the place of junction of two rivers – Kura and Aragvi. There also opens a beautiful view on the ancient capital of Georgia – Mtskheta.Visit of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (1010-1029), at the bottom of which is buried one of the major Christian relics Lords chiton, one of the most important sacred artifacts of the New Testament that after the crucifixion of Christ was brought to Mtskheta by Elioz – one of the witnesses of his death on the cross, and it is also the burial place of many of the Georgian kings. Here is also the part of life-giving pillar. Visit of Samtavro monastery, where year round grow, flower and fruit blackberry bush, near of which in the IV century lived and preached St. Nino — enlightener, the first preacher of Christianity in Georgia. The official adoption of Christianity in Georgia in 324 is associated with the name of St. Nino, with the assistance and participation of the King St. Miriam and Queen St. Nana. It was St. Nino who persuaded the king Miriam and queen Nana to adopt Christianity in Georgia. The designer of the enterprise is a Czech company. Return to Tbilisi. Visiting JSC “Bagrationi 1882» – the first enterprise specialized in the production of sparkling wines in Georgia. The factory of Bagrationi 1882 is completelyredesigned, with the latestItalian equipment. Champagnization of wine is made both in bottle and reservoir ways.      Day 3: Tbilisi – Marneuli – Manavi – Sighnaghi
Breakfast. Departure to Marneuli and visiting the local factory. It was established in 2007 and turned into the largest food processing enterprise in the country. The purpose for establishing Marneuli Food Factory was to utilize the agricultural potential of Georgia, replace import with local high quality products and supply consumers with natural and healthy food. The assortment includes products of up to 60 types and formats. Major production lines are: tomato paste, pickles, sauces, sweets. Marneuli Food Factory is a holder of many diplomas and awards. The factory is equipped with a modern production lines and the factory is constantly investing in modern innovative technologies.
Then, passing through, acquaintance with the history of the Manavi Fortress (XI century) and the Manavi Temple (XVIII century). The church was built in 1794 by the abbot of the monastery of John the Baptist from the monastery David Gareji - Ephraim. In the 17th century here was located the royal vineyards and the estate of Heraclius II. Stop in the pearl of Kakheti - a private estate "Chateau Fort de Manavi". In the program of the visit: an excursion to the Art Gallery, organized directly on the territory, where amazing works of local masters are presented; tasting of wines and chacha, produced according to traditional old Georgian technology directly in the marani "Chateau Fort de Manavi" from grapes grown in the estate's own vineyards. The highlight of the tasting will be "Manavi Green" - a wine made from a special grape variety that grows only in the area of the village of Manavi in Georgia. Dinner in traditional Georgian style. The menu includes only Georgian cuisine from ECO products grown on the "Chateau Fort de Manavi" farm. Overnight in Sighnaghi.
    
Day 4: Sighnaghi – Bodbe – Dedoplistskharo – Telavi
Breakfast. Excursion in the "town of everlasting love" Sighnaghi. Walk along the ancient town Sighnaghi, that is placed at the top of the ridge, overlooking Alazani valley. Next, visit in the Bodbe village of the monastery complex of St. George and the grave of St. Nino, that brought Christianity to Georgia. Departure to Dedoplistskharo and visiting plant oil company. The factory produces sunflower oil, having high quality, including total producing cycle-processing sunflower grain, oil bottling and packaging. The company uses only Georgian primary product, grown by farmers from Kakheti. The surveys showed that the sort of Georgian sunflower is special. It contains Phenol that gives the oil certain brownish color. Also, Georgian sunflower contains aromatized substances, giving the product its aroma. The factory has a laboratory as well, which checks raw material (primary products), also the quality of produced oil. Excursion to the field of crops. Then departure to Telavi. Dinner. Overnight in Telavi.
     Day 5: Telavi – Gremi – Kvareli – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion in Telavi – the main city and administrative center of Kakheti. The most famous sight of the city is the museum-castle of King Irakli II (XVIIIv.), who signed a treaty with George Russian empire. Departure to Kvareli. Stop near the royal castle Gremi (XVI c.). The complex is surrounded by a wall with towers and loopholes. The remains of a secret underground passage leading to the river.
Visiting Kvareli Winemaking Khareba - wine depository in tunnels, the longest of 7.7 km with a wine collection of vintage wines. It has a natural temperature of 12-14 C throughout the year, ideal for storing and ageing wine. The winery revived by the Jandieri family strenghthened its place in the world due to the special technologies of wine making and quality and at the same time contributed to promotion of the Georgian wine worldwide.      Day 6: Tbilisi – Gori – Ozurgueti – Kutaisi
Breakfast. Arrival to Gori. Visit the company which produces a fruit concentrates. The company has its own orchards and fruit storage freezers.
Visit (optional) the museum of Stalin (for extra charge). The Museum consist of three units: the museum itself, the house and private railway wagon of Stalin. Departure to the Guria region in Ozurgueti and visiting the biggest tea production Company in Georgia founded in 1996. Over 1500 hectares of the plantation and several processing plants belong to the company. In 2013 the company won for the third time the honorary title of "Golden Brand". Arrival to Kutaisi. Dinner. Overnight.
     Day 7: Kutaisi – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion in the ancient city Kutaisi, that is more than 3 thousand years old. Visit Gelati monastery and academy, established by the great Georgian king – David IV the Builder. Gelati Monastery has preserved a great variety of murals dating back to XII-XVIII centuries. Therefore, the most wonderful in the architecture of Gelati complex is its frescoes and mosaics. They travel us in ancient past and remind of their creators. Next, excursion to the Cathedral of Bagrati that was erected in Kutaisi during the reign of Bagrat III. It was named after the first king of united Georgia. As a main place of the kingdom, it was consecrated in 1003. Both Gelati monastery with Academy and Bagrati Cathedral are included into the list of World Heritage sites of UNESCO. Excursion in the Prometheus castor cave. According to the legend, Prometheus was chained on the rock because he gave fire to humanity. The cave is located 5 km northwest of the city of Tskhaltubo. It was discovered in the early 80's of the twentieth century. It is one of the most attractive caves, thanks to its underwater rivers and landscapes. Almost all underwater karst forms: stalactites, stalagmites, and others.
Departure to Tbilissi. Closing dinner with folk dances and songs. Overnight.
     Day 8: Tbilisi
Breakfast. Free time according to the flight time. Purchase of souvenirs. Transfer to the airport.
