Romantic Georgia – tour for loving couples

Day 1: Tbilisi
Arrival to Tbilisi. Meeting with the representatives of the agency. Hotel accommodation. Overnight.
     Day 2: Tbilisi
Breakfast. Sightseeing tour in Tbilisi. The capital of Georgia is unique. It is located on the several mountain hills, on which "creep" the old blocks. Tbilisi - is a beautiful Kura river with its picturesque rocky shores, that flows across the whole city.
Tbilisi is one of the rare places in the world, where can peacefully exist in the Old Town orthodox church, catholic cathedra, synagogue and mosque. Visit of Metechi Church ( V c.), Synaxis of Saint Trinity of the temple complex of Tsminda Sameba - the main Cathedral of Georgian Orthodox Church. Walking tour in the city. "Old Town" - is the historic center of Tbilisi, that is located at the root of Mtatsminda (Holy Mount) mountain. Almost all of the buildings of the Old Town are historical and cultural sites, this part of the city is round - the - clock full of life, here walk alone or in groups tourists, meet lovers near the Clock Tower. Using the newest lift we get to Narikala fortress ( IV c.), during the lifting we can observe the city from the bird's eye view. In the Old Town we will visit Sioni Cathedral (VI-VII c.), Anchiskhati Basilica of St Mary, the oldest surviving church.

     Day 3: Tbilisi — Sighnaghi — Illya lake (Kvareli)
Breakfast. Optional visit to the beauty salon in Tbilisi. Departure to the " town of everlasting love" Sighnaghi. Optional transfer in limousine (for additional cost). The atmosphere in Sighnaghi is very romantic: narrow cobbled streets, houses with beautiful balconies, cozy restaurants and cafes with delicious Georgian dishes. The city was founded in the 17th century during the reign of King Heraclius II of Georgia, and as locals say, it is the only city in Georgia that has fully preserved the fortress walls that are crowned with watchtowers, where one can climb to get the magnificent view of the Alazany valley. It is in Sighnaghi that the House of Marriage is located which works round the clock. Lovers can register their relationship here without any problems!
Next, walk around the Illya lake. Accommodation in hotel-fortress Royal Batoni. Wine tasting. Photosession. Festive dinner in Georgian restaurant. Overnight.
     Day 4: Illya lake (Kvareli) – Nekresi — Gremi – Tsinandali – Tbilisi – Batumi
Breakfast. Visit of Nekresi - the oldest temple in Georgia of the IV century. Overlook of the Gremi royal fortress (XVI c.). The complex is surrounded by the wall with towers and embrasures. The remains of the secret underground passage, that leads to the river, survived. Tour of the House Museum, Al. Chavchavadze in Tsinandali. Here you will learn about the romantic love story of the Russian diplomat Alesksander Griboyedov and beauty Georgian Princess Chavchavadze.
Arrival to Tbilisi. Transfert to the railway station. Departure to Batumi by night train.
Day 5: Batumi
