«VIP 3+2»: Heliski + ski in Gudauri

Day 1: Arrival to Georgia

Arrival to Georgia. Transfer to Gudauri. Meeting with the helicopter pilot and safety-awareness briefing (duration approx. 45 min). Overnight in Gudauri.

Days 2 – 4: Heliski in Gudauri

Breakfast. Daily departures and variety of options of the descent are determined by the guide and by the pilot depending on the weather, snow and avalanche situations. Lunch on the snow. Overnight in Gudauri.

Days 5 – 6: Ski in Gudauri

Breakfast. Ski in Gudauri at the ordinary trails. Dinner. Overnight in Gudauri.

Day 7: Departure from Georgia
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Optional additional excursions from Tbilisi. Return home.

Program price on the base of a double bedroom: – On request per person

The price includes:

6 nights in a double bedroom in the 4 *** hotel in Gudauri, 2 dinners and 3 lunches on the snow;
Transfer from/to Airport Tbilisi (TBS)
13,500 Included vertical meters of skiing, with applicable refund based on 9000 Guaranteed vertical meters if weather conditions or other impediment preclude safe flying and skiing;
Special powder skis (Dynastar Cham107);
Ski poles;
Safety equipment (Mammut Barryvox transceiver + Airbag backpack + related avalanche gear)
Safety orientation and training on the use of safety equipment;
Professional guide services (UIAGM / IFMGA / IVBV mountain guides)

Price does not include:

Flight and baggage costs
Any Insurance
Medical evacuation
Visa costs (Citizens of the CIS, USA, EU and Switzerland do not need a visa)
Additional payment for Single room – 100 euros per night;
Additional dinner in Gudauri – 25 euros per person;
Additional lunch in Gudauri – 20 euros per person;
Additional night in Gudauri – 190 euros per DBL/TWIN room;
Additional vertical meters: 150 euros for 1000 meters (min. 3 persons);
The cost of renting ski-boots, snowboards, helmets, and similar additional equipment;
Chargeable services at the hotel: dinner, lunch, alcohol and beverages, massage, billiards, tennis, table tennis.
Optional excursions.

Vertical descent

We guarantee in any case 9000 total vertical descent meters. This means that, in a particular case, if you, for example,because of the bad weather, completed less than 9000 m, you can claim reimbursement.

Reimbursement for vertical descent meters
If one did not complete the guaranteed 9000 vertical descent meters ( for example, in the case of bad weather or technical issues), 100 Euro per 1.000 vertical meters will be reimbursed.

Reimbursement for vertical descent meters, will not be refunded if:

You decided yourself to stop heliskiing before the end of the program or
Throughout the entire tour you were absent (late arrival, early departure, breaks during the day, etc.).

Please once again take into account that it depends, how good and skilled skiers you are and also what kind of weather and snow conditions we are having each day. You can use your vertical meters in 3 days of 4-days program. We will make every effort to you safely receive all the included vertical meters during the program.

Additional equipment

As for the ski equipment, please note that, we do not provide ski/snowboard boots and helmets. In case of Heliboarding, please take your snowboard with you. The rental equipment that can be found in the sport shops in Gudauri is adequate for skiing / snowboarding on regular tracks but has a very limited choice for activities off-piste and heliskiing. So, besides powder skis, ski poles and safety equipment mentioned above, we recommend our customers to bring their own equipment.

We recommend you purchase medical travel insurance prior to arriving in Gudauri and make sure it includes ground or air ambulance transfers.
