"Adjarian Wine House” was established in 2010. It is a small chateau type winery. Winery is located in beautiful Adjara, region Khelvachauri, near the river Adjaristskali, 15 minute-drive from the capital of Adjara - Batumi. It was built on the ruins of 18th century historical winery in Adjaria.
Adjarian house wine produces wines such as "Chkhaveri" - Joseph Stalin's favorite wine. Production of wine is limited to 7,000 bottles per year.
While visiting Adjarian Wine House visitors will be introduced to the history of Georgian wine production technology and they also be able to taste Georgian wine.
