Transfer to/from Kutaisi airport to Tbilisi by shuttle bus – 12 euros one way. Transfer from Tbilisi to Chateau Fort de Manavi included in the tour price.

Tbilisi – Kakhetia – Tbilisi (3 days, 2 nights)

Day 1: Tbilisi – Manavi (friday)

13:00 Meeting with the representatives of the agency in Tbilisi on Metekhi Square. Transfer to Chateau Fort de Manavi (40 km from Tbilisi). Hotel accommodation. Ascent to the Manavi Fortress (partially walking tour). Photo session. Tasting of homemade wines and locally bottled chacha. Dinner at Chateau Fort de Manavi – unlimited alcohol. Rest. Overnight stay.

Day 2: Kakhetia (Saturday)

Breakfast. Excursion to the Alazani Valley. On the way, visit in the Bodbe village of the monastery complex of St. George and the grave of St. Nino, that brought Christianity to Georgia. Sighnaghi - the "town of everlasting love". Walking around the city and the ancient fortress wall in Sighnaghi. Photo session. Return to Chateau Fort de Manavi. Culinary master class - making churchkhela, etc. If desired - painting with wine - grisaille. Dinner at Chateau Fort de Manavi - unlimited alcohol. Rest. Overnight.

Day 3: Tbilisi (sunday)

Breakfast. Excursion in David Gareji – the complex of georgian cave monasteries of V century, that were founded by Holy Father David. According to legend, Saint David reached Jerusalem, he took three stones at the gates of of Jerusalem, and went back. Legend says that with those stones he carried out from Jerusalem all the good of Lord. Then the Patriarch of Jerusalem caught up with him and asked to leave these stones. David left two stones, and one of them he brought to Georgia. This stone is still at his grave in the Laura of David-Gareji. You can see it and pray over this stone. Many churches and refectories of the complex preserved frescoes (VI-IXvv.), including Portrait of Queen Tamara. Transfer to the airport. Return home.
