1 day: Tbilisi
Arrival to Tbilisi. Meeting with the representatives of the agency. Hotel accommodation.
Excursion in the capital of Georgia. The capital of Georgia is unique. It is located on the several mountain hills, on which "creep" the old blocks. Tbilisi - is a beautiful river Kura with its picturesque rocky shores, that flows across the whole city. "Old Town" - is the historic center of Tbilisi, that is located at the root of Mtatsminda (Holy Mount) mountain. Almost all of the buildings of the Old Town are historical and cultural sites, this part of the city is round - the - clock full of life, here walk alone or in groups tourists, meet lovers near the Clock Tower. This amuzing Tower appeared here recently, built by the Puppet Theatre director Rezo Gabriadze. Here artists exhibit their paintings, artisans offer numerous souvenirs. Basically here are 2-3 storeyed houses, built of brick and stone, that have a particular Tbilisi architecture, distinguished by narrow streets, galleries and carved wooden balconies. Tbilisi is one of the rare places in the world, where can peacefully exist in the Old Town orthodox church, catholic cathedra, synagogue and mosque.
During the excursion, visit of Mechetian Church ( V c.), Narikala fortress ( IV c.), Sioni Cathedral (VI-VII c.), Anchiskhati Basilica of St Mary, the oldest surviving church, Synaxis of Saint Truinity of the temple complex of Tsminda Sameba - the main Cathedral of Georgian Orthodox Church.
Cognac degustation on the factory "Sarajishvili" which is the oldest and largest manufacturer of Georgian cognac and successor of the firm of David Sarajishvili plant - the founder of the industrial production of cognac on the classical technology. For years of existence of the Tbilisi Cognac factory it collected 500,000 deciliters perennial cognac alcohols and blended cognacs that were aged in the 16 thousand oak barrels.

Day 2: Tbilisi – Tsinandali - Telavi
Breakfast. Deperture to Telavi. Visit Alaverdi Cathedral (XI c.), the second highest building (50 meters). Tour of the House Museum, Al. Chavchavadze in Tsinandali. Here you will learn about the romantic love story of the Russian diplomat Alesksander Griboyedov and beauty Georgian Princess Chavchavadze. Wine tasting on Schuchmann plant. On his travels, wine connoisseur Burkhard Schuchmann discovered Georgia and its longstanding wine tradition. Having traveled countless kilometers across Kakheti and surveyed scores of vineyards along with viticulturists and other experts, he worked out a plan to both ensure and even enhance to European standards the quality of Georgian grapes by applying "sustainable wine-growing and wine-aging methods". Today, everyone can not only taste great wine drinks at the factory, but also to visit it. Artful winemaker will acquaint you with the history of the foundation of the plant, will show the vineyards and various departments of the plant, where the wine and champagne is produced and bottled. Then excursion in Telavi – the main city and administrative center of Kakheti. The most famous sight of the city is the museum-castle of King Irakli II (XVIIIv.), who signed a treaty with George Russian empire. Overnight in Shato Mere hotel in Telavi.
Day 3: Telavi – Gremi – Kvareli
Breakfast. Overlook of the Gremi royal fortress (XVI c.). The complex is surrounded by the wall with towers and embrasures. The remains of the secret underground passage, that leads to the river, survived. There is also a complex of the Church of the Archangels (XVI-XVII century.). Next stop in Kvareli Winemaking Khareba - wine depository in tunnels, the longest of 7.7 km with a wine collection of vintage wines. It has a natural temperature of 12-14 C throughout the year, ideal for storing and ageing wine. The winery revived by the Jandieri family strenghthened its place in the world due to the special technologies of wine making and quality and at the same time contributed to promotion of the Georgian wine worldwide. Day 4: Kvareli – Sighnaghi – Bodbe – Manavi – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Departure to Sighnaghi. On the way visit in the Bodbe village of the monastery complex of St. George and the grave of St. Nino, that brought Christianity to Georgia. Upon request, bathing in the holy waters of the increate spring, that heals the sick and make miserable people happy. Excursion in the "town of everlasting love" Sighnaghi. Day 5: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Tbilisi
Breakfast. Excursion in the ancient capital of Georgia Mtskheta - the town-museum, included to the UNESCO World Heritage Site List. Visit of the ancient temple – monastery Jvari (VI c.). On the top of the mountain where the temple is placed, opens a fantastic view on the place of junction of two rivers – Kura and Aragvi. There also opens a beautiful view on the ancient capital of Georgia – Mtskheta.Visit of Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (1010-1029), at the bottom of which is buried one of the major Christian relics Lords chiton, one of the most important sacred artifacts of the New Testament that after the crucifixion of Christ was brought to Mtskheta by Elioz – one of the witnesses of his death on the cross, and it is also the burial place of many of the Georgian kings. Here is also the part of life-giving pillar.
